For more than 4 generations (over 200 years) we have developed own apple cider with the village and surrounding Gipuzkoa.
Our motto has always been and remains the quality in the manufacture of cider and meals we offer.
We offer cider house menu : chorizo in cider, cod omelette, fried cod with green peppers , cod with tomatoes and green peppers, steak and dessert : cheese, walnuts, apple and sweet pastry palmeritas .
All this accompanied by the best cider , plus special emphasis on service to our customers .
